Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 5-12 Business days

3. Multiple Shipments (Important) Most AllyBay orders are shipped directly by us. Certain VHC Brands products are fulfilled and shipped directly by VHC Brands. If an order contains products from different locations, the items may arrive in separate packages and at separate times. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

4. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

VHC bedding bundles ship separately due to their size and weight. These items have a flat shipping rate of $16.95.

To say I’m obsessed with these is an understatement. I was not a fan of diffuser’s u til being introduced to these. Now, I can’t seem to stop buying them. I am up to 6 diffusers from this shop.I have them 4 in my home because I like having one in each room. They each have a scent to match each rooms theme. I took one to work with me and I enjoy it in my office. These are sturdy. I found that out when I knocked it off my desk at home, on to a hardwood floor. It didn’t skip a beat. Definitely recommend. I absolutely love mine,

I love my diffusers. I’ve purchased two and will again for gifts as Christmas is around the corner. I would also like a couple more for office and guest bedroom. I purchased scents that favor my favorite hotels primarily Disneyland Hotel. The diffuser out put is great! I love that I can adjust the output to as little or as much as I want, for as long as want with a remote. Appears to be sturdy plastic material and looks nice with my home decor. I purchased mine in black. It’s a sleek look that blends in. What I love most about it is it is waterless! I backed away from diffusers because they needed water. I didn’t like that hassle. I have now fallen back in love with them. Whatever scents you enjoy will smell lovely coming from these. Very happy with mine!
